(2023) Issue 1. Feminist and Queer Perspectives on Food
Over a year after the Feminist and Queer Perspectives on Food Workshop (May 5 and 6, 2022) at Technisches Museum Wien, the first Journal on Gender and Sexuality in STEM Collections and Cultures is published. In this issue, the findings from the workshop presentations and discussions are reflected. The common thread running through the articles is the construction and desconstruction of seemingly self-evident concepts such as food and gender.
